This notice explains what AntSmartHomes does with the personal information you give us through this website. It is written to be read, not to be survived.

AntSmartHomes is a trading name and trademark of AntCodeLabs Limited, which is the data controller for information collected here. You can reach us at [email protected].
What we collect
- The details you type into the enquiry form: your name, email address, optional phone number, project stage, areas of interest and your message.
- Nothing else. This site sets no advertising or analytics cookies and does not track you between visits.
Why we collect it
Solely to answer your enquiry and, if you go on to become a client, to deliver and support your system. Our lawful basis is legitimate interest in responding to someone who has contacted us, and performance of a contract once one exists.
Who else sees it
Enquiries are delivered by our website host and stored in our business email. We do not sell your details, and we do not pass them to marketing companies. Where a supplier needs to know something to fulfil your project — a manufacturer registering a warranty, for example — we will tell you first.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become projects are deleted within 24 months. Client records are kept for the life of the system plus the period our accountants and insurers require.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email [email protected] and we will respond within one month. If you are not satisfied, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
Third-party content
This site loads typefaces from Google Fonts, which means your browser makes a request to Google's servers and your IP address is visible to them in the process. Nothing else on the page calls out to a third party.
