Whether you're at planning permission or living with a system that never quite worked, the route in is the same.

  1. Stage 01

    Consult

    We start with how you live, not with a product list. A site visit, a conversation about mornings, guests, films and holidays — then an honest view of budget, phasing and what genuinely earns its place.

  2. Stage 02

    Design

    Drawings your electrician can build from. Cable schedules, rack elevations, lighting circuits, keypad engraving schedules and a fixed specification — coordinated with your architect, M&E and joiner before a single wall closes.

  3. Stage 03

    Build

    First fix, second fix, rack build and commissioning, sequenced around the site programme. We attend site meetings, mark up changes as they happen, and calibrate every room before we call it finished.

  4. Stage 04

    Manage

    Remote monitoring, firmware managed on our schedule rather than at 6pm on a Friday, and a named engineer who already knows your house. Tweaks as the family changes. That's the part most installers skip.

The things people ask first.

When should we bring you in?

As early as you have a floor plan. Most of what makes a smart home good — cable routes, lighting circuits, rack location, plant-room power — is decided long before anyone chooses a keypad. We're happy to sit in a single design meeting to sanity-check a scheme, even if the build is two years out.

Can you work with a house that's already finished?

Yes. Retrofit is a large part of what we do. Wireless lighting control, mesh networking and battery-powered sensors mean an existing home can get most of the benefit without redecorating — we'll be straight with you about the handful of things that genuinely need a cable.

Are we locked into one manufacturer?

No. We're platform-agnostic and specify what suits the house, the budget and how long you plan to live there. Where it makes sense we'll build on open standards — KNX, Matter, Thread — so a future owner or a future engineer isn't trapped.

What does it cost?

It scales with the house. A network and lighting-control package for a family home sits in a very different band to a full cinema and whole-house integration. After the first visit you'll get a budget band before you spend anything on design, so nobody wastes their time.

What happens if something breaks in year three?

Systems on a care plan are monitored remotely, so we often see a failure before you do. Most issues are resolved without a visit; where a visit is needed, you get an engineer who already knows the house and has the drawings in front of them.

Is any of this listening to us?

Only what you choose. We segregate IoT devices onto their own network, keep camera recording local by default, and can build a system that works entirely without cloud services if that matters to you. We'll always tell you which parts depend on someone else's server.
